Do I need to prepare anything before the call?

Nothing formal. Come ready to talk honestly about where your business is — the wins, the chaos, the stuff you've been putting off. The more real you are, the more useful I can be in 15 minutes.

Will you try to sell me something on this call?

No. This call exists to figure out if a VIP Day is actually the right fit for you right now. If it is, we'll talk about next steps. If it isn't — if your business needs something different first — I'll tell you that. I'd rather send you in the right direction than book a day that doesn't serve you.

What happens after the call if we decide to move forward?

You'll receive a link to book your VIP Day, confirm your tier, and pay in full to secure your date. From there, I send you the intake form 48 hours before your first session and we're off. The whole process from call to day is typically 1–2 weeks.

I'm not sure which tier is right for me — is that okay?

That's exactly what the call is for. We'll talk through what your business needs and I'll give you my honest recommendation on whether a Focus Day, an Implementation Intensive, or a Deep Dive makes the most sense. You'll leave knowing exactly what you're working with.

What if I'm not quite ready for a VIP Day yet?

Book the call anyway. I'd rather have an honest conversation now than have you sit in the wrong place for six months. If the timing isn't right, I'll tell you what to work on first and you'll know exactly when to come back.
