Balance due upon sign-off

Upon client sign-off, remaining balance is due. Final files released immediately after payment clears.

What happens if my client cancels their album order after design is complete?

Your balance is due upon approval, not upon order placement. Once the design is approved and payment clears, the files are yours regardless of what your client decides after that point. The approval step is your protection and ours.

What software do you design in?

We work in Fundy, Smart Albums, Canva, and Photoshop, and are familiar with Miller's, WHCC, and Kiss album specs. We match whatever lab you're ordering through.

How does client proofing work?

We deliver proofs through our own approval system so every sign-off is documented and timestamped on our end. We can adapt to your existing platform if needed. Just let us know at project intake.

Do I need to send curated images or can I send the full gallery?

Client-selected favorites are preferred and keep turnaround fastest. If you'd rather send the full gallery, add Image Curation ($125) to your project and we'll handle selection.

Is this available to retainer clients?

If you're already on a studio management retainer with us, album design pulls from your monthly hours at your retainer rate. These a la carte prices apply to standalone projects only.
