The VIP Day

One day.
Full audit.
Real implementation.

The deferred list doesn't need months. It needs one focused day with someone who knows exactly what to fix, how to fix it, and can do it in real time — not hand it back as homework.

Sound familiar?

Your business is running.
You're the one running it.

You didn't become a photographer to spend your days chasing leads in a CRM you hate, avoiding album sales conversations, and rebuilding the same broken workflow for the third season in a row. If any of these sound familiar, the problem isn't marketing.

01
The CRM graveyard

You built it once, filled it halfway, and stopped opening it. Leads fall through. You find out six weeks later, or not at all.

02
Chronic overdelivery

More photos. Free edits. Extended galleries. You keep giving more because you don't know how to say the price is the price, and it's quietly killing your margin.

03
No post-sale strategy

Gallery delivered. Project closed. Revenue stopped. You're leaving album sales, wall art, and referrals on the table every single session.

04
Avoiding sales conversations

You underprice because negotiating feels uncomfortable. You discount before they even ask. It's not a pricing problem. It's a systems and confidence problem.

05
Backend chaos

Workflows you don't use. Contracts you haven't updated. A booking process that relies entirely on you remembering things. That's not a business. That's a liability.

06
Reactive every season

Every spring feels like the first time you've done this. No seasonal plan. No content calendar. Just reacting to whatever shows up in your inbox.

The philosophy
"I fix the operational chaos most creatives have been avoiding for years."

Most photographers don't need more automation, another CRM, or more reels. They need structure, discernment, and someone who understands how a photography business actually works from the inside out. Not a framework. Not a course. A focused day of real implementation.

+CRMs are useless if nobody maintains them. The platform is never the problem.
+Galleries are not a sales strategy. Delivering and hoping is not a post-sale process.
+Overdelivery kills profitability. More images do not equal more value.
+Sales is service. Avoiding the conversation hurts your clients, not just your revenue.
+Pinterest and blogging have always outperformed social. They still do.
+You don't need more content. You need better systems behind the content you already have.
How it works

You check out.
We get to work.

Every VIP Day kicks off with a review of your pre-day questionnaire and a full audit so we know exactly what we're fixing before the first session begins. No wasted time. No guesswork.

01
3 to 5 days before
Intake and audit

You complete a detailed intake form. I audit your backend, identify the biggest gaps, and build a custom agenda before your first session begins.

02
Day of
15-min morning kickoff

We align on scope, priorities, and outcomes in a focused 15-minute call. You confirm the agenda. Then you step away completely.

03
Deep work
We're in your business

Me and my team work your business. Async Slack only. No interruptions, no mid-session check-ins. You get your day back. We get the work done.

04
End of day
Loom and handoff

Full Loom walkthrough of everything completed. Handoff doc with SOPs and next steps. Everything running before you open your laptop the next morning.

The model
Audit first. Build second. Hand off running.

No homework. No plan to execute later. The finished system in your hands before end of day. That's what makes a VIP Day different from every course, coaching call, and consultation you've already tried.

Is this for you?

This is for some
photographers.
Not all of them.

A VIP Day works best for photographers who are already generating revenue and know something is operationally broken. Not for photographers who are just getting started and haven't found their market yet.

The faster you can say "yes, that's exactly the problem" about a specific system that's breaking, the better the outcome from a VIP Day.

Not sure if you're ready?

That's exactly what the 15-minute call is for. Book it. Tell me where your business is. I'll give you my honest recommendation on whether a VIP Day is the right next step and which tier makes the most sense.

The honest checklist
  • +In business at least one to two years with consistent revenue
  • +Know what's broken, just haven't had time or support to fix it
  • +Ready to hand something off and trust the process
  • +Done with courses and homework. Want real implementation.
  • +Want someone to do the work, not assign it
  • xLooking for coaching, accountability, or mindset work
  • xIn the first year of business with no established revenue
  • xExpecting a magic fix for a marketing problem
"What Amanda implemented in the first 90 days delivered more value than years of trial and error. The systems she built didn't just organize my business. They reignited it."

Before you book

A few things
worth knowing.

How do I know which tier is right for me?
That's exactly what the 15-minute call is for. We talk through where your business is, what's breaking the most, and I give you my honest recommendation on which tier fits. Most people land on either The Focus Day or The Implementation Intensive. The Deep Dive is for photographers genuinely ready to fix everything at once.
What does "VA included" actually mean?
It means the implementation support is built into your investment. You don't need to bring your own VA or hire additional help. My team handles the execution work while I focus on the strategic and creative decisions. The output is the same: everything built and handed back running.
What platform or CRM do I need to have?
We work with whatever you already have — HoneyBook, Dubsado, or any other CRM. No migration required. If you don't have a CRM yet, we'll discuss which makes the most sense during the audit and get it set up as part of the day. The platform is almost irrelevant — the structure that goes into it is the actual work.
What do I need to prepare before the day?
48 hours before your first session you'll receive an intake form. Fill it out honestly — the more specific you are about what's breaking, the better the day goes. We'll also need access to your CRM, website backend, and any existing materials. We review everything before the session so we walk in already knowing where the problems are.
How long is the booking process?
Book the 15-minute meet and greet call. If it's a fit I'll send you the booking link, tier confirmation, and payment. Payment in full secures your date. From call to VIP Day is typically one to two weeks depending on availability.
What if I want ongoing support after the VIP Day?
Many VIP Day clients move to Virtual Studio Management after working together. The VIP Day is how I get inside a business quickly and demonstrate what working together looks like. If you want ongoing operational partnership and there's availability, that conversation starts with the VSM waitlist application.
The first step
15 minutes to know if this is right.

Book the meet and greet call. Tell me where your business is, the real version. I'll give you an honest read on whether a VIP Day is the right next step and which tier makes the most sense for where you actually are. No pitch. No pressure. Just clarity.

Occasionally.

Real systems, honest reads, and the occasional thing worth knowing about running a photography business well. Not weekly. Not spammy. Just useful.

Join the list. You'll hear from me when there's something worth saying. No courses to buy at the end. No weekly obligation. Just operational truth from someone who's been inside enough photography businesses to know what actually works.
